No exceptions. Every registered RCE team must be prepared to compete Friday through Sunday.
All RCE Tournament Series events are Friday–Sunday competitions held in Huntsville, AL. Every registered team must be prepared to compete on Friday.
Friday games are not optional. Saturday-only start requests and scheduling exceptions will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
Coaches are responsible for communicating this requirement to players and parents before completing registration. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the Friday–Sunday schedule.
Friday play is built into the RCE schedule to deliver a true four-game guarantee and a championship weekend feel. The Friday slate sets the tone for bracket placement, gives every team additional rest before championship Sunday, and keeps the tournament aligned with national standards for invitational play.
Limiting competition to Saturday–Sunday would force RCE to reduce game guarantees, change the bracket format, and compromise the experience for every team that traveled expecting a full Friday–Sunday championship weekend.
Every RCE registration requires the following acknowledgment before the form can be submitted. The same requirement applies to all bundle purchases (Single Entry, Triple Play, Half-Season, and All-Access).
REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGMENT
This Friday mandatory play policy applies to RCE Tournament Series events only. Southern Elite Circuit events follow the approved SEC schedule and may operate on different rules. The Southern Elite Circuit schedule is set independently of the RCE Series.
